Beefalo are a cross between Bison and domestic cattle. This produces meat very low in fat and cholesterol. Taking orders for quarters and halves. Also sold by the package. Naturally raised, no steroids, no hormones, no antibiotics. USDA inspected. Sold on farm and at the Athens and Springfield Farmers' Markets.
