Are you a small farmer or a market gardener who grows food to sell directly to consumers? We would love to feature you in the River Country Local Food & Recycling Guide, published by the St. Joseph County Conservation District and *culture is not optional. The guide exists to help us connect with where our food comes from. Supporting local producers boosts our local economy and helps preserve the wonderful diversity of our River Country communities.
Last year’s guide featured 23 local growers and we’d love to feature even more this year to help our neighbors find your good food. Listings are $25 or you can buy a package with an ad at a slightly reduced cost. You can submit and pay for your listing online now!
We’re also currently looking for advertisers who would like to support this project and, in the process, advertise to over 7,000 people in your market. Last year, we printed and distributed over 7,000 guides around the county and another 2,000 visitors came to the web site in search of local growers or farmers markets. We would love to feature your business in the guide this year! You can view our print design specifications and order your ad online.
